MUSE STRATEGY assisted a company operating in a highly mature and concentrated sector in a project to review the entire business model: the aim was to design future strategies starting from an analysis of the product portfolio, the supply chain and consumer market trends.
Industry: Retail distribution of electronic equipment

- Identification of possible development options for the company:
- Upstream-downstream integration with own financial resources
- Disposal of unprofitable businesses and/or identification of adjacent sectors

- Estimation of available resources (operational and financial) and those needed to be found
- Updating of the business plan and industrial plan (options realistically viable)
- Adoption of the development strategy and definition of the implementation phases
