Business restructuring projects
MUSE STRATEGY assisted a multinational group in a project to review and modify the business model that essentially involved a review of the value chain - and therefore of the operations of the main subsidiaries, especially in certain geographical areas - reconsidering the production and go-to-market strategies. Together with the operational aspects, the economic, financial, fiscal and legal consequences were also analyzed and managed. Once the new operating model was implemented, the transfer pricing documentation was also updated in all the countries involved.
