R&D activities, IP valorization, ESG, generational change and transition
MUSE STRATEGY assisted a company strongly oriented towards R&D activities in the analysis, identification and access to the provisions currently in force regarding support to investments in research and development. In the context of this project, we started from the current situation and then projected it into the near future in consideration of the industrial development plans already underway, the availability of public sources (national and EU) to support intellectual property, possible partnerships and internationalization projects.

- Negotiation of Patent Box agreement with tax administration
- Analysis of new IPs and convenience test for 110% super-deduction vs R&D tax credit
- Legal aspects of new IPs to be protected (i.e., from know-how to patents)
- Analysis of product lines profitability for future investments
- Strategies for business internationalization
- Preparation of the ESG reporting
- Future developments and possible evolutions of the shareholders’ structure
