Paolo Caselli.

• Paolo has been Of Counsel of MUSE STRATEGY since the start of the company (April 2022).
• For over 20 years, he has been carrying out his professional activity in the business, administrative, tax and corporate fields; he is the founder of Studio Impresa which he started up in 2008.
• During his professional activity, Paolo has gained significant experience through a multidisciplinary vision focusing on different business sectors and offering consultancy in tax, management and business organization matters (budgeting, business plan, industrial plans, balance sheet analysis: Altman index, analysis by margins, liquidity analysis, treasury analysis, net and operating economy analysis). 
• Relevant is also the advisory consulting on corporate finance (debt restructuring, recovery plans, company valuation, etc.).
• He also deals with consultancy in the field of start-ups and innovative SMEs.
• Former Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Emak S.p.A. (company listed on the stock exchange market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.), he is currently Statutory Auditor of the following companies: Banca Privata Leasing S.p.A. - issuer, Italia Alimentari S.p.A., Fagioli S.p.A. and ADV FINANCE S.p.A..
• Currently, Paolo is member of the Board of Directors of Beghelli S.p.A. (company listed on the stock exchange market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.) as well as the sole director of Maranello Patrimonio S.r.l. (owned by the Municipality of Maranello - MO).
• Since September 2021, he is Italian Certified Consultant by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE  (IICUAE).

Scientific activities

• Paolo is Adjunct Professor in Business Economics at the Marco Biagi Faculty of Economics - University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
• He is also panelist at various conferences on corporate taxation, company and asset valuation, as well as author of articles in specialized magazines on corporate taxation and finance.

• Paolo is enrolled in the Bar of Tax Experts and Chartered Accountants in Modena since 2002.
• Visiting Scholar - Leonard N. School of Business - New York University - Finance Department New York University (2010).
• Achievement of the title of PhD in Value Determination and Communication, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Parma - XXII CYCLE University of Parma (2010).
