• He is a tax lawyer and he joined MUSE STRATEGY in September 2022.
• Matteo specializes in tax litigation, international tax issues and criminal tax law.
• He mainly deals with projects in the field of transfer pricing & operational modeling; assistance in tax audits and in the subsequent phases of the relationship with the tax authorities (tax litigation, deflationary institutions and mutual agreement procedures); projects for the valorisation and enhancement of corporate intangibles; risk management; preparation of corporate contracts.
• Previously, he worked as a lawyer, representing and defending taxpayers in tax proceedings and providing tax consultancy to individuals and corporations.
• He carried out part of the professional practice at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Pavia pursuant to art. 73 of Legislative Decree no. 69 of 2013, a course reserved for the most deserving students, developing particular sensitivity to the disciplinary law.
• Matteo has also acquired skills in the field of corporate compliance with respect to the administrative, tax and criminal legislation in force, with particular reference to the Tax Control Framework and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001.

• Degree in Law - the University of Pavia with a score of 110 out of 110 cum laude.
• Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association, 2021.
• He attended the second level Master degree in tax law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (2021).
• In 2023, he attended the Advanced Transfer Pricing Course at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
• He also attended the Master, held by IPSOA, “The Legislative Decree 231/2001 in company organisation" (2020).
